We engaged Premier Pointing during November and December 2016 to repoint and repair the brickwork on our two strata buildings located in Naremburn. The remedial work completed was of an excellent quality.

My 78 year old home at 1 Flora Street Mascot has just had extensive renovation of the external brickwork by "Premier Pointing Pty Ltd". The work involved rake out and repoint the brickwork on the front facade, left and right elevation and chimney. The gate pair and garden wall were also completely repaired. Other work was to change 6 lintels to right hand side.
I found the work done was of excellent quality. The craftsmen doing the job were exceedingly capable, efficient and courteous with great consideration for the residents as the work was being carried out. The administration staff were also excellent being efficient and available at all times.
The house at 1 Flora Street Mascot is heritage listed and therefore now of great heritage significance. The house was built in 1939 by F H Beenche for my great grandfather Ernest William Sheldrake. It was bought by my parents George Arthur Nilson and Nellie May Powditch (Jnr) and is now owned by myself Robert George Nilson and my wife Julie Yu Hua Fang (now four generations of owners).
The land was part of a grant acquired by Simon Lord in 1810 and in the 1850's was bought by Joseph Tunbridge. By 1928 Flora Street came into existence with houses first appearing in the 1930's. 3 Flora Street Mascot was the first house built on the eastern side of Flora Street in 1936 for my grand parents Charles William Swift Powditch and Nellie May Sheldrake. 1 Flora Street Mascot was built for my great grandfather Ernest William Sheldrake in 1939.
